Unit grade grid—enter scores for the class, lock when ready for report cards.

How pieces fit together

  1. School — users, categories, scale, report defaults, billing.
  2. School year — dates and terms (quarters/semesters).
  3. Year enrollment — student is in that year at a grade level.
  4. Courses — graded courses (units/tests) and no-grade courses (credit/hours).
  5. Course enrollment — student is in a course for the year.
  6. Daily work — scores, hours, attendance, behavior, notes, lessons.
  7. Print — report cards, transcripts, permanent records.

If someone is missing from a list

Check year enrollment first, then course enrollment, then the teacher’s grade-level limits.
