Behavior settings

Settings → Behavior

Create groups of custom behavior items that match your school’s character or habits framework (for example Respect, Responsibility, Work Habits). Items are school-wide; ratings are recorded per student per term.

Rating student behavior

Record → Behavior

Lists students enrolled in the current school year (respecting grade permissions).
Each behavior item can receive a rating per school year term.
To apply the same rating to all items in a term, use the column header and choose a rating.
Once saved, ratings can appear on the report card for that term when enabled in settings.

Student notes

Record → Notes

Select a year-enrolled student.
Enter one note per school term.
Notes are qualitative—ideal for short teacher comments for families.

Report card visibility

Behavior: enable Show Behavior in report settings.
Notes: if a note exists for a term, it appears on the report card for that term; if empty, the notes section is hidden.
