Keyboard shortcuts
Keyboard shortcuts for fast grade entry and hour logging in RecordGrade.
Test scores (Record → Test Scores)
| Shortcut | Action |

| Ctrl-K / Cmd-K | Clear the selected course and type the next course name |
| Tab / Shift-Tab | Move to next / previous input |
| Enter or arrow keys | Jump to the next student’s input |
| ← / → | Move between tests in the unit grid |
| Ctrl-Enter / Cmd-Enter | Save all test grades |
| Escape | Return from test detail to the unit grid |
| Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+1…9 | Add a test for the Nth pattern group on the unit grid |
Hours (Record → Hours)

Save often
Mass entry keeps work in the grid until you save. Make Ctrl/Cmd-Enter muscle memory before switching courses or years.
