What you can show on report cards
From Settings → Reports:
- Course progress
- Credit earned
- Attendance
- Notes (only when a note exists for the term)
- Behavior ratings
- No-grade courses with tracked time
- Parent and/or school signature lines with custom labels
- Decimal places for averages
Only locked unit grades are treated as final for report cards.
Term average calculation methods
- Course Average
- Weighted Course
- Unit Average
Pick the method that matches how your school traditionally rolls unit work into a term or course mark. Change this carefully mid-year—families will notice shifts in reported averages.
Transcripts
Students → Transcript
Multi-year academic transcript suitable for transfers and college applications. Optional elements:
- Letter grades (via grade scale)
- GPA
- Academic summary
- Attendance
- Signature block with custom label
- Graduation level / credit requirements when assigned
Includes graded courses, no-grade credits, and manual transcript lines.
Permanent record
Students → Permanent Record
Institutional longitudinal record—broader archival view than a single-year report card. Use for office files and long-term compliance needs.
Projection reports
From a student’s projection you can print planning documents such as the projection plan and projection progress against graduation requirements. See Graduation & projections.
How to print
- Open the student view Grades, Transcript, Permanent Record, or Projection as needed.
- Select year / students / style when the form offers multi-select or mode choices.
- Generate PDF with the print control and save or send to your printer.
PDFs render in the browser—no separate desktop install required.
Configuring defaults
Central defaults live in Settings → Reports. Walk through report card, transcript, and attendance hour settings whenever you onboard a new school so every print job matches policy from day one.
