Manage students
Students → Manage Students
Create and edit student profiles (name and identity fields used on reports). Import students in bulk when available. After adding students, enroll them in a school year before other features can see them.
Grades view & report cards
Students → Grades
Review a student’s course/unit grades for the selected year and print report cards. When printing you can:
- Choose style: Week, Total, or Foldable (default comes from report settings).
- Select one or many students for batch PDF generation.
- Optionally limit to grades-only presentation when you need a simpler sheet.
Details on each style: Reports & transcripts.
Performance
Students → Performance
Charts and comparisons show how a student is doing relative to class averages—useful before report-card day. Full analytics need course-based grade data (not only manual transcript lines).
Progress
Students → Progress
Progress views summarize advancement through units and requirements for the selected context—pair with projections for multi-year planning.
Permanent record
Students → Permanent Record
Longitudinal archive of the student’s academic history at your school—grades, attendance-related history, and related permanent data suitable for institutional records.
Transcript
Students → Transcript
Official multi-year transcript PDF with optional GPA, academic summary, attendance, letter grades, and signature per report settings. Includes graded courses, no-grade credits, and manual entries.
Projections
Students → Projection
Multi-year course plans measured against graduation levels. Full guide: Graduation & projections.
