Manage students

Students → Manage Students

Create and edit student profiles (name and identity fields used on reports). Import students in bulk when available. After adding students, enroll them in a school year before other features can see them.

Grades view & report cards

Students → Grades

Review a student’s course/unit grades for the selected year and print report cards. When printing you can:

Performance

Students → Performance

Charts and comparisons show how a student is doing relative to class averages—useful before report-card day. Full analytics need course-based grade data (not only manual transcript lines).

Progress

Students → Progress

Progress views summarize advancement through units and requirements for the selected context—pair with projections for multi-year planning.

Permanent record

Students → Permanent Record

Longitudinal archive of the student’s academic history at your school—grades, attendance-related history, and related permanent data suitable for institutional records.

Transcript

Students → Transcript

Official multi-year transcript PDF with optional GPA, academic summary, attendance, letter grades, and signature per report settings. Includes graded courses, no-grade credits, and manual entries.

Projections

Students → Projection
